McMaster-Carr is seeking a Distribution Operations Specialist to ensure accurate, on-time parts delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will start in a core role and expand across the facility, performing order fulfillment, packing, and quality checks while maintaining safety and process standards.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, detail-oriented, and energized by hands-on work in a dynamic setting. Training for material handling equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to accuracy and following structured processes.
• Willingness to train on material handling equipment.

Responsabilités

• Fulfilling orders accurately to help customers meet their business needs.
• Preparing outgoing packages and conducting quality checks to ensure presentation and accuracy.
• Handling oversized or heavy inventory using powered industrial vehicles (training provided).
