Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• Two years college completed with no back subjects may be considered.
• Fresh graduates may be considered based on communication skills and potential.
• At least 1–2 years of BPO/shared services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support volume-based customer facing or back-office tasks as needed.
• Provide customer support via email, chat or phone calls.
• Interpret written English language accurately.
