Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience are required.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• ACE/Six Sigma continuous improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders and RFQs per terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage contracts and respond to customer delivery status inquiries.
• Assist with timely customer payments and pursue improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor colleagues; support EHS practices on site.
