Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review customer orders, RFQs and exceptions.
• Coordinate across supply chain, shipping and quality teams.
• Ensure timely flow-downs and communication of delivery status.
• Manage contracts and respond to customer delivery inquiries.
• Support timely payments from customers and resolve issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
