Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to own supplier relationships within a commodity, manage purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery at optimal cost.

You will work onsite at First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan, nights shift (9:30 PM–6:00 AM) and collaborate with Finance to confirm payments, perform inventory/demand analysis, and support ERP procurement activities such as SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
Experience with procurement processes and PO management.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier relationships for a designated commodity.
Direct schedules and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.
Communicate with suppliers on replenishment and quantity.
Maintain inventory per MRP needs and collaborate with Finance on payment status.
Support data analysis and reporting for procurement activities.
