Job summary

The role supports customer-facing communications across onboarding and retention, ensuring timely, accurate messaging for Cambridge OCR customers and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

You will report to the Customer Success Manager, work in a hybrid setup (two days in the office), and contribute to a culture of clarity, data-driven

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in communications, marketing or customer engagement roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver onboarding and retention communications.
• Ensure content is engaging, accurate and produced on schedule.
• Maintain contact lists to support effective communications delivery.
• Analyze data and feedback to improve relevance and timing of communications.
