Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, invites applicants for Customer Support Advisors within Cambridge English Customer Support. The role logs, tracks and provides first‑line support for queries from our global customer base.

This is a hybrid role with office days two to three per week, and a pay range of Php 24,000 to 30,000. The team values clear English communication, CRM experience and the ability to guide users through 1st‑line issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer support role with CRM/call logging experience.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Strong understanding of navigating modern websites to guide users and diagnose issues.
• Excellent organization to manage a large workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service via Helpdesk by phone, chat, email and websites.
• Log and track queries, and keep customers informed on progress and resolution.
• Identify and flag complaints to the appropriate owner for escalation.
