• Experience using Microsoft 365 suite to manage internal communications.
• Experience building/formatting digital pages or web content.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work across marketing, communications, creative, and technical teams.
• Comfortable learning new platforms and templates.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, publish, and update pages on the SharePoint intranet.
• Assist with SharePoint intranet assignments to improve the user experience.
• Create project highlight stories using AI prompts.
• Format communications in Viva Amplify and Mailchimp; obtain approvals and final publication.
• Submit content to the Digital team via Airtable and monitor publication status.
• Create forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms.
• Assist with data analytics for reporting communications activities.
