Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a highly organized Communications Production Coordinator to support the development, production, and delivery of internal and external communications across the organization.

This role coordinates communication projects from concept to completion, ensuring content, branding, and production standards are met while collaborating closely with marketing, communications, creative, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint.
• Experience formatting digital pages or web content.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and templates.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and templates.
• Experience in internal/external/digital communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, publish, and update pages for the organization’s SharePoint intranet.
• Assist with SharePoint intranet assignments to improve user experience.
• Using an established AI prompt, create project highlight stories for SharePoint intranet.
• Format communications in Microsoft Viva Amplify and assist with approvals and distribution.
• Format communications in Mailchimp and assist with approvals and distribution.
• Submit content to the Digital team via Airtable and follow established process.
• Monitor content until publication.
• Create forms and surveys using Microsoft Forms.
• Assist with tracking data and analytics for reporting.
