Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the global pursuits team. You will coordinate proposal pursuits, track schedules, and facilitate communication among technical staff, subconsultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting proposals within the AEC industry is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Proficiency using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned proposal pursuits by tracking schedules, monitoring deliverables, and coordinating with technical staff and subconsultants.
• Lead or co-lead small proposals and qualifications packages under supervision, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Support interview preparation, including presentation development and production of interview materials.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and client files.
