The role offers a hybrid work setup in Manila with Australian hours (6am–3pm PHT), opportunities for growth, training, and comprehensive medical care, aligned with a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years experience in claims administration in insurance/financial services.
• Strong speed and accuracy in data entry with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and comfort with digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared inbox and process daily claims-related tasks promptly.
• Log new claims accurately into the system and track progress through the claims lifecycle.
• Manage calls to follow up on claim queries and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide timely support to clients, policyholders, and third parties to resolve claims.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Perform ad hoc duties to support the claims team and workflow efficiency.
