Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Channel Development Manager – HYBRID to drive growth across HORECA and RTM channels in Cebu, with distributor management and strong execution across the market.

The role requires a proven track record in account management, leadership, and negotiation, with willingness to undertake fieldwork and be based in Cebu. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on store and distributor engagement to deliver sustainable business results.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in Account Management.
• Leadership skills to directly handle Distributors with fully operational DT operations, DT salesmen management, DT profitability, AR, and customer service excellence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
• Amenable to do fieldwork in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business targets of the total area for HORECA and RTM accounts (Secondary Sales).
• Execute Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns) for both Channels.
• Relationship Building and Account Management by conducting regular customer engagements to strengthen relationship with accounts. Implement contact and menu matrix across all accounts handled.
• Execute AVA (Availability, Visibility, Activation) principles in handled account.
• Work with Distributor Sales Representative, Distributor owners and DT personnel in ensuring they adhere to UL Standards.
• Delivering Results through People by working with field merchandising team to ensure efficient store operations.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives both in retail and food service aspects of the business via cross functional engagements and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others).
