Job summary

Nexperia Philippines Inc. (Cabuyao) is seeking a Business Analyst - Developer to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams.

You will analyze requirements, craft BRD/FSD/TSD, and help design and develop digital solutions that streamline business processes and support organizational goals. The role combines business analysis with development tasks, including collaboration with cross-functional teams, project planning, risk assessment, and deployment support.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and SQL scripting.
• Experience with Mendix is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, and TSD documents; map current and future processes.
• Ensure complete, traceable requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and obtain stakeholder approval for requirements and design documents.
• Assist in development, coding and deployment activities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and improvements.
