Job summary

Nexperia Philippines Inc. (Cabuyao) seeks a Business Analyst - Developer to bridge business needs with technical teams. You will analyze requirements, create BRD/FSD/TSD, and document As-Is and To-Be processes to ensure complete, traceable deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting development activities, and driving process improvements in an agile/hybrid environment. Strong C#/.NET/SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Application Developer, or hybrid BA-Developer.
• Proven experience creating and managing BRD, FSD, and TSD documents.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and SQL scripting.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, and TSD documents.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned through the project lifecycle.
• Review and obtain stakeholder approval for requirements and design documents.
• Design business and technical solutions addressing stakeholder needs.
• Assist in application development, coding, and implementation activities.
