Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications and functionalities. You will work with the development team and UX designers to model processes, capture requirements, and document artifacts.

Qualifications

3 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis.
Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment.
Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools.
Post graduate diploma in IT/ Business Analysis / Process Engineering.
CBAP/IIBA Certification.

Responsibilities

Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of assigned system.
Translate business requirements into sustainable technical specifications.
Elicit, formalise, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other artifacts.
Construct workflows and business process models.
Collaborate with the development team and provide guidance on requirements, roadmap, and priorities.
Assist in designing functionality with UX designer and development team.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions.
Create quality documentation.
Lead discovery phase of low impact BAU initiatives.
