You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with IT, development, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions. This role emphasizes process improvements and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, ICT preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with business process mapping and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Collaborate with IT, development, and operations to deliver solutions
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Create and maintain project documentation (user stories, process flows, and test plans)
• Support UAT and ensure smooth project implementation
