Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented professional for the Brokerage and Investigation function. You will manage brokerage rate documentation, input rates into systems, and handle client inquiries on invoices, ensuring accuracy and governance.

The role is client-facing with responsibilities spanning brokerage management, data integrity, and investigations, with initial onsite onboarding and a later hybrid schedule. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Brokerage Management: document and store brokerage rates, support governance, respond to client requests, notify clients of changes, assist automation efforts, liaise with departments.
• Brokerage Data Management: input fees into systems, perform four-eyes checks, monitor discounts and rates for data reliability, suggest system enhancements.
• Customer Investigation: manage trade investigations raised by clients, support audit checks, track manually entered brokerage, suggest process improvements, design reconciliations and MI/KPIs.
• Ensure processes are documented and aligned across entities, contribute to the evolution of the function.
• Coordinate with audits and other departments to resolve client queries and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain fee schedules and related documentation for governance.
