Job summary

TP ICAP in the Philippines (Taguig City) is seeking a Brokerage & Investigation professional to support brokerage rate administration for Global Broking in Europe. You will document fee schedules, maintain them in systems, and investigate client invoice queries.

Role involves client-facing interactions, data integrity checks, and process improvements. Initial onsite training for 3 months, then hybrid work (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH). Night shift is 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fees in systems and ensure governance.
• Respond to requests from customers, business and audit for fee schedules.
• Notify customers of new or amended agreements.
• Engage with departments to automate brokerage rates or implement manual processes.
• Liaise with clients to follow up on queries and send brokerage letters.
• Input brokerage fees in systems and perform 4-eyes checks.
