Job summary

TP ICAP Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced finance professional for the Business Unit Control team to assist in broker compensation processes, including calculations, accruals, and payments. You will ensure accuracy of outputs, support balance sheet reconciliations, and drive process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in financial services, and advanced Excel with Oracle/Hubble/SmartView familiarity.

Qualifications

• CPA or Part-qualified or ACA/ACCA/CIMA with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience in financial services or similar environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and finance systems experience (Oracle, Hubble, SmartView).
• Basic understanding of control frameworks and risk management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Broker Compensation process for assigned asset classes.
• Prepare bonus accrual calculations based on employment contracts.
• Coordinate distribution of bonus statements and payroll submissions.
• Assist in calculating and recording Broker Equity deferrals.
• Review Broker Compensation outputs before Manager sign-off.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Contribute to process documentation and periodic updates.
• Support automation initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist in budget and forecast data inputs and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to controls and escalate risks or issues.
• Support audit requests with documentation and queries.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to deliver outputs timely and accurately.
