Job summary

TP ICAP in Taguig is seeking a professional to support the Brokerage and Investigation function. The role involves administering brokerage rates, maintaining fee schedules, and addressing client queries related to invoices, while ensuring data accuracy and governance.

Initial onsite onboarding for the first 3 months, followed by a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days at home). Night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with exposure to cross-department collaboration and performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Document and centralise brokerage rates and fee schedules.
• Input brokerage fees into systems; perform 4-eyes checks and ensure data reliability.
• Respond to client queries on invoices and brokerage charges; coordinate with audit teams.
• Design reconciliations and MI/KPIs to support governance and controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve systems and processes.
