Job summary

TP ICAP Philippines is seeking a meticulous Brokerage Management professional to join our Brokerage and Investigation team in Taguig. You will document and maintain brokerage rates, handle client queries, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role covers brokerage data management, client investigations and governance of fee schedules in a fast-paced financial services environment. Initial onsite training leads to hybrid work, with a night shift schedule in a global brokerage setup.

Responsibilities

• Brokerage Management: Provide central documentation for all brokerage rates.
• Brokerage Management: Ensure proper documentation and storage of the agreed brokerage rates, adhering to company standards in terms of approval and governance.
• Brokerage Management: Respond to requests from customers, business, Chief Pricing Officer, other support departments and audit for new, amended or copies of current fee schedules or venue rate cards.
• Brokerage Management: Notify appropriate personnel within the firm as well as customers of new/amended agreements.
• Brokerage Management: Engage with relevant departments to automate the brokerage rates or ensure that a manual process is implemented.
• Brokerage Management: Liaise with clients to follow up on their queries, send them relevant brokerage letters.
• Brokerage Data Management: Input brokerage fees in the relevant systems for new/ amended rates and discounts.
• Brokerage Data Management: Perform 4 eyes checks for the new rates input and regular adhoc checks on discounts and rates to ensure reliability of our data.
• Brokerage Data Management: Suggest technical enhancements to the systems and work towards centralisation of the brokerage rates.
• Customer Investigation: Ensure the effective and efficient management of trade investigations raised by clients following the review of their invoices, liaising with appropriate departments to solve them.
• Customer Investigation: Perform the brokerage checks requested by the audit.
• Customer Investigation: Track and analyse the transactions where brokerage has been input manually.
• Customer Investigation: Suggest improvement to the systems and processes.
• Customer Investigation: Design and implement reconciliations and MI/KPIs to support our business and evidence controls.
• Customer Investigation: Ensure that processes are documented and, where possible, that processes are aligned, across business lines and entities.
• Customer Investigation: Be responsible for the evolution of the function, and any improvements of processes.
