Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping across multiple entities, handle cash coding, and maintain accurate records. You will reconcile accounts, process Australian payroll and STP, and support monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong working experience using Xero
• Experience using Rippling for payroll or HR administration
• Proven experience managing multiple business entities or group companies
• Experience processing Australian payroll, STP, and superannuation
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Experience with Megabus Desktop is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping across multiple businesses within the group
• Perform cash coding and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile debtors, creditors, and general ledger accounts
• Complete bank and account reconciliations in Xero
• Manage Megabus Desktop reconciliations linked to Xero
• Process weekly or Fortnightly payroll accurately and on time
• Process employee leave requests and payroll adjustments
• Prepare and lodge STP filings
• Process superannuation payments per Australian regulations
• Prepare and process batch payments for payroll and supplier invoices
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Manage finance-related email correspondence
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding accounts and payments
• Process supplier payments and maintain supplier relationships
• Monitor and follow up outstanding customer payments
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and support ad hoc finance administration
