Job summary

Solutioncx is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations in San Pedro, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/Online, with solid experience in AR, AP and payroll processes.

Work Setup: On-site training with a flexible hybrid setup after completion — enjoy working from home with only 2 in-office days per month. The role requires precision, organization, and the ability to work independently to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience with AP, AR and billing
• Strong experience using QuickBooks Desktop
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process AP, AR and Billing
• Prepare and process customer invoicing
• Record and manage cash receipts
• Maintain insurance compliance documentation
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Perform 401(k) reconciliation
• Process weekly subcontractor payments
• Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop/Online
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed
