Qualifications

• Experience in body corporate, strata management, property management, or comparable admin role.
• Excellent written and verbal English; professional communication with committee members and managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with task-management platforms (ClickUp preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting cycles: prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-through for AGM/EGM/committee meetings.
• Draft, review, and issue routine correspondence and meeting documents to stakeholders.
• Manage insurance claims from lodgement to resolution and track progress.
