Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is hiring a Technical Support Analyst in Manila. The role supports Cambridge's English Learning products, resolving technical issues for external customers and internal teams.

Flexible, hybrid work with two days in the Manila office, and a salary range of ₱31,000–₱40,000. You will handle technical investigations, gather information via email/phone, and liaise with senior technicians to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and technical support background.
• Team player with computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
• At least 1 year of technical support or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers and Cambridge Sales/CS teams for the English stream.
• Investigate issues to provide resolutions and liaise with senior technical team members.
• Accept customer issues and gather technical information via email and phone support.
• Analyze symptoms to identify underlying problems and resolve queries promptly.
