The role requires 4–5 years in business analysis or a hybrid BA-Developer, with strong C#, .NET, and SQL scripting capabilities, and experience with BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation. Collaboration and agile/hybrid methods are valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA-Developer.
- Experience creating BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and SQL scripting.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
- Prepare BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation and maintain traceability.
- Model As-Is and To-Be processes and ensure alignment across projects.
- Design and assist in developing business solutions and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and improvements.
