Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Global Spend Management Accounts Payable Operations Specialist to process supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end activities in a hybrid work environment.

You will work with Excel and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, E-Automate, or Concur, join a collaborative team, and gain training and pathways for skill-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AP systems such as SAP, Oracle, E-Automate, or Concur is a plus but not required.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus; entry-level candidates may be considered; intermediate opportunities may require 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately enter supplier invoices into applicable systems.
• Respond to invoice inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and complete appropriate corrections.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve Accounts Payable processes.
