Job summary

Peoplegig is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the financial operations in a growing offshore team. You will handle supplier and customer invoicing, cash allocations, and reconciliations, while maintaining strong controls and timely reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days onsite in Makati.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payment runs; match with PO and delivery records.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices; monitor accounts receivable and collections.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with onshore team and offshore stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.
