Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Officer in a hybrid role based in Metro Manila (Eastwood). The role covers processing of invoices, supplier payments, and reconciliations, with payroll-related accounting support and month-end activities.

You will work within Outsourced Shared Services, reporting to the AP Team Lead. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with internal stakeholders across Finance and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a related Finance role.
• Hands-on experience processing supplier invoices and payments, preferably for Philippine or local suppliers.
• Experience using online banking platforms and/or payment platforms.
• Experience performing bank and account reconciliations.
• Basic experience preparing and posting journal entries in an accounting or ERP system.
• Basic experience with payroll processing and/or payroll accounting is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of AP processes, payment terms, bank transactions, and accounting entries.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from Philippine and local suppliers accurately and within terms.
• Prepare and process supplier payments and verify details.
• Perform bank and payment reconciliations and investigate mismatches.
• Post routine journal entries and support month-end close.
• Assist with payroll-related journal entries and payroll accounting.
• Support AP month-end activities and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
