Job summary

Outsourced.ph in Eastwood, Manila, is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Officer on a hybrid, day-shift basis. You will handle invoice processing, supplier payments, and AP reconciliations while collaborating with the Finance team.

The role requires 2–3 years in AP, solid Excel skills, and attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include journal entries, payroll-related tasks, and month-end activities with strict internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of AP, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Experience processing supplier invoices and payments, locally or in PH.
• Experience with online banking and/or payment platforms.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices from Philippine and local suppliers accurately within terms.
• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and approvals.
• Prepare and post supplier payments and reconcile payment status.
• Perform bank and payment reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare and post AP-related journal entries and payroll-related entries.
• Support month-end closing and AP reporting.
