Stolt-Nielsen Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Junior Associate to join its Global Shared Service Centre in a hybrid work setup. The role will support accounts payable processes under supervision, focusing on accurate invoice processing and ERP system usage.

You will contribute to meeting KPIs, improving processes, and maintaining internal controls in line with applicable accounting standards.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable experience in Shared Service Center.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any business-related courses.
• Knowledgeable on ERP systems particularly on invoice/payable processing.
• Prompt in handling queries from supplier, internal customers, and business counterparts.
• Adheres to SOP on invoice processing and resolution of invoice/payable issues.

Mansioni

• Perform transactional AP processing in assigned area.
• Meet KPIs and SLA requirements.
• Keep updated on developments and changes relevant to the assigned process.
• Participate in meetings and share knowledge with the team, especially in suggesting process improvements.
• Handle queries from counterparts and customers (internal) and escalate issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and compliant with policies, IFRS/GAAP, and regulatory authorities.
• Support projects to improve systems and processes.
