Intelassist Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst in the Philippines, working in a hybrid setup with scheduling aligned to the Eastern Timezone. You will handle high-volume invoice processing, payments, and Concur expense reviews, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes execution and quality, focusing on invoice entry, payment preparation, and vendor record maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and computing accurate AP data.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Sage Intacct preferred.
• Experience with payment processing (ACH, wires, checks).
• Experience reviewing expense reports in Concur or similar system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred: multi-entity environment experience; familiarity with Concur/ConnectWise.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accurate coding and attachment.
• Verify approvals and attach non-PO approvals as required.
• Identify duplicates or errors and escalate as needed.
• Record invoices in the correct accounting period.
• Prepare and support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, check).
• Coordinate payment timing based on cash needs and terms.
• Maintain clean AP aging by resolving balances and discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports in Concur for policy compliance.
• Set up and maintain vendor records with required documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
