Klaiya Digital is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage financial transactions and support the preparation of financial statements in a dynamic advertising agency in Manila.

You will record transactions, reconcile bank balances, handle accounts payable, prepare reports, and assist in collections, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to grow within a company serving local and international brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance Management/Accounting Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in general accounting and bookkeeping.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in Binondo, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions in the system and books of accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile bank and book balances.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
• Track company expenses and analyze budget vs. actual data.
• File and encode issued receipts and supporting documents.
• Issue bills to customers as needed.
• Assist in collecting payments from customers as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
