Job summary

A dynamic advertising agency is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage financial transactions and assist in preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or Accounting Technology, along with general accounting knowledge and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
• Willingness to work in Binondo, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions in the system and books of accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile bank and book balances.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
• Track company expenses and analyze budget vs. actual data.
• File and encode issued receipts and supporting documents.
• Issue bills to customers as needed.
• Assist in collecting payments from customers as needed.
