AVM Engineering Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services is seeking an Aircon Technical Support Specialist (SAC/HVAC) to join our on-site team in Taguig. You will manage start-up, technical support, client training, and preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on VRF, chillers, and energy-efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of local market experience, a BSME or HVAC diploma, and strong English/Tagalog communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with commercial HVAC units in local market
• Experience in B2B sector with facility management teams and contractors
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog

Responsibilities

• Start-Up Services: system commissioning, operational testing, baseline calibration.
• Technical Support: advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, field coordination.
• Training Services: client onboarding, maintenance education, best practices.
• Preventive Maintenance: scheduled inspections, system upkeep, filter/coil care.
