Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to service requests and equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor HVAC system performance, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and prevent failures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with contractors or service providers for specialized repairs and major maintenance activities.

Job Summary

Responsible for the preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and indoor environmental comfort. Maintains maintenance records, responds to service requests, and ensures compliance with safety standards while coordinating with contractors for specialized repairs and major maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and servicing of air-conditioning and ventilation systems according to established schedules.


• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment, including air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, thermostats, and related components.


• Respond promptly to service requests and equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted operations.


• Monitor HVAC system performance, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and prevent failures.

Qualifications:

• College Undergraduate or vocational/technical course completers are welcome to apply. Preferably, candidates with a degree or certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.


• Preferably, candidates should possess TESDA HVAC certification or NC II in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Servicing (ACRS).


• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably with hands-on training or experience in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.


• Practical experience in VRF troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair is highly preferred.


• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical diagrams.


• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.


• Willing to work on-site in Greenfield, Mandaluyong, perform routine inspections, and provide support during emergency or after-hours maintenance activities when required.
