Elite Headhunting seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to service VRF and Chilled Water systems on-site in Pasig, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role involves frequent residential, commercial, and industrial site visits within Metro Manila, performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in VRF and chilled water systems, familiar with Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung or equivalents, and able to troubleshoot and report findings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, VRF, and chilled water systems.
• Experience with installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC testing tools and equipment.
• TESDA NC II RAC is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila.
• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Service and maintain VRF and Chilled Water systems in commercial buildings.
• Conduct system inspections and performance testing.
• Monitor refrigerant levels and electrical components.
• Prepare service reports and document completed work.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.

This is a roving field-service role requiring daily site visits to residential, commercial, and industrial client locations within Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems, particularly VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and Chilled Water Systems.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Aircon Technician, HVAC Technician, or Service Technician.
• Experience in commercial or industrial air conditioning systems is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or similar), and Chilled Water Systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of air conditioning equipment.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and testing equipment such as manifold gauges, clamp meters, and multimeters.
• TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing (RAC) is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to perform field work.
• Willing to travel within Pasig, Makati, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and nearby areas.
