Job Description

• Responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential air conditioning units, including VRF systems and chillers.
• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
• Identify issues and perform necessary repairs on mechanical and related components.
• Read and work from technical drawings and system specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for better energy efficiency.
• Attend to emergency service calls and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
• Follow all safety standards and ensure compliance during site work.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, Project Manager, and technicians for smooth project execution.
• Assist in processing and coordinating site permits when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course.
• Hands‑on experience in servicing and repairing VRF systems and chillers is required.
• Ability to perform independently on maintenance and commissioning tasks, and capable of leading as a small team.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• English proficiency is required.
• NCII certification is an advantage.
• Safety Officer 2 (COSH) is an advantage.
• AutoCAD and written & verbal communication skills; knowledge in occupational health and safety and air conditioning.
