Job summary

Thermo King in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to drive growth by promoting Trane and Thermo King solutions to building contractors, consultants and designers. You will establish and nurture long-term client relationships to meet business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of selling experience in HVAC, a bachelor's in engineering, strong communication and leadership, and a willingness to work extended hours for sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling experience in HVAC is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; engineering license is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours for sales activities.
• Experience in prospecting and developing accounts; good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Trane and Thermo King HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants and designers.
• Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and contact.
• Seeks and expands selling opportunities to support targets.
• Follows sales processes to ensure on-time project requirements and deliveries.
• Negotiates value and develops product solutions for customers.
