The role requires 5+ years of selling experience, a degree in engineering, strong communication, leadership, and willingness to extend hours for sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in selling HVAC or related industries.
• Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering; Licensed/Registered Engineer is a plus.
• Computer literate with good scholastic records.
• Knowledge of business ethics and professional conduct.
• Excellent communication, leadership and a positive, self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Trane products and HVAC solutions to building contractors, consultants and designers.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and contact.
• Identifies and expands selling opportunities to support business targets.
• Follows proper sales processes and tools to meet project requirements and deliveries.
• Negotiates value by providing total quality product solutions and expands account potential.
