Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a project as assigned by the Team Leader.
• Coordinate and update customers on maintenance, repairs, and service-related concerns.
• Supervise a small team as assigned by Team Leader.
• Encourage cooperation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to policies, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Generate, collect, and analyze daily data to inform resource allocation and improvements.
• Support Service Operations Manager in developing processes for continuous improvement.
• Support EHS programs and keep the workplace safe at all times.

Job Summary

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment and other Trane product; Offers off-site/on-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-scale technical support solutions; Interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests regarding Trane products and services.

Principal Responsibilities

• Responsible for a project that may be assigned by the Team Leader.
• Coordinates and updates customers regarding maintenance, repairs, and other service-related concern.
• Supervises a small group of teams as assigned by Team Leader.
• Encourages and supports the levels of cooperation between Team and other members of organization to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the project.
• Ensures that his team follows established policies and procedures, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensures statistical information is produced, collected, and analyze on the daily basis to assist the evaluating the efficiency of the team and to inform resource allocation and service improvements.
• Supports Service Operations Manager in the development and implication of processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement of the processes.
• Ensures compliance, participation, and support to the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, and activities and keeping priority in maintaining the workplace safe at all times.
