Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional license/board passer is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales, engineering, manufacturing, or service-related industries is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client visits.
• Knowledge of HVAC and preventive maintenance services is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City (near Bridgetowne/Eastwood).

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities for preventive maintenance services.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and customer consultations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to customer requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and secure preventive maintenance service renewals.
• Provide technical advice and recommend solutions related to HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales activities, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC and preventive maintenance services.
