Role Description

The Service Sales Supervisor is a direct-hire, on-site role based in Cebu, responsible for driving service sales performance and ensuring high-quality customer support. This role oversees service sales activities, including preparing proposals, coordinating quotations, and monitoring service contracts and renewals. The supervisor leads and guides the service sales team, sets targets, tracks performance, and implements strategies to grow service revenue. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand service needs, resolving service-related issues, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery. The role also involves training team members, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
