Job summary

LG Electronics Philippines is seeking a Project Sales Officer in Manila to drive growth for LG Chillers and AHUs by promoting to developers, consultants, and end-users. You will help secure product specifications and convert opportunities into orders, while building long-term client relationships.

You will provide technical support, conduct presentations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and post-sale service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in HVAC.
• Proficiency in project sales processes, technical proposals, and product presentations.
• Strong understanding of Chillers and AHUs, and their application in project designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with developers and end-users.
• Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and project management software.
• Relevant certifications in sales or project management (e.g., PMP, HVAC certifications).
• Valid driver's license and own personal car for client meetings and fieldwork.
• Physically fit and able to travel frequently; must reside within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Drive project sales growth by promoting LG Chillers and AHUs to developers and end-users.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities to hit sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, project monitoring, and business development activities.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and customer consultations.
• Expand customer base through proactive market penetration and networking.
• Provide technical and design support to secure project specifications.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations based on requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and seminars to increase product awareness.
• Respond to technical inquiries with aligned HVAC solutions.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and evaluations to support projects.
• Ensure supplier accreditation and required documentation for participation.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams on commissioning and support.
• Work with Logistics to ensure timely delivery and proper handling.
• Monitor project status and address issues affecting delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain high quality and integrity of equipment deliveries to site acceptance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and sustain long-term relationships.
