Job summary

A leading manpower agency in Cavite, Philippines, is seeking an HVAC Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience in AC installation or 3 years in QA/QC. The candidate should possess an Associate/Diploma in HVAC or related fields, with proficiency in various HVAC systems and the ability to manage on-site operations. Responsibilities include supervising progress, conducting inspections, and managing resources. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in AC installation/repair/supervision or 3+ years in Engineering/Mechanical QA/QC.
• Certificates in TESDA NC II (HVAC-related) and PRC Registered Mechanical Engineer are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise worker progress and ensure compliance with operation standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections for equipment positioning and fixing methods.
• Coordinate with owners, suppliers, and general contractors.
• Manage on-site emergencies, maintenance resources, and after-sales.
• Compile daily/weekly construction logs and acceptance reports.

Skills

Proficient in Split, Central, and VRF systems

Ability to read electrical and construction drawings

Mastery of refrigeration skills (charging, vacuuming, leak testing)

Familiar with Daikin, Midea, or Gree technical specs

Education

Associate/Diploma degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or related engineering majors
