Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or vocational/TESDA course related to HVAC & Refrigeration.
• At least 3–5 years experience in HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment servicing.
• With supervisory or lead technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, exhaust & ventilation, refrigeration, and electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC and kitchen equipment technicians during installation, repair, and maintenance works.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily service and project activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and kitchen equipment issues.
• Ensure proper installation of exhaust hoods, ducting, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems.
