Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to join our residential heating and air conditioning team in the Philippines. You will answer inbound calls, back up the call center, and handle warranty, permits, and rebate paperwork while ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.

Excellent spoken English, sound judgment, and a warm, professional phone manner are essential as you will interact with customers, manufacturers, and local offices to resolve requests

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly phone presence.
• Experience in customer service, call handling, or administrative support.
• Experience with Housecall Pro, or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Comfortable submitting forms and applications by email and through websites.
• Sound judgment and good problem-solving skills.
• Thorough, resourceful, and effective when working on your own.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Serve as the backup call center, and as the primary call center when staff are absent.
• Handle warranty claims and warranty registrations, mostly by email and website submission.
• Prepare and file building permit applications.
• Complete and submit rebate applications on behalf of customers.
• Follow up with customers, manufacturers, and local offices until each request is resolved.
• Record calls, jobs, and customer information accurately in Housecall Pro.
• Take on general administrative tasks as needed.
• Use sound judgment to direct urgent or complex situations to the right team member.
