Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HVAC Estimator in Pasay City to manage the bid lifecycle from bid requests through final submission. You will work within the Salesforce Bid Open Queue, coordinating with contractors and Sales Representatives to produce accurate, competitive bid packages.

The role requires analyzing blueprints, equipment schedules, and pricing, with emphasis on bid accuracy and timely delivery. Hybrid night shift supports flexible scheduling in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HVAC estimating, inside sales, or related HVAC role.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and equipment schedules.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and bid management processes.
• Strong pricing analysis and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce Bid Open Queue and case management.
• Review bid requests, blueprints, and equipment schedules for scope.
• Interpret plans to identify HVAC equipment and specs.
• Prepare and submit complete bid packages with pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives and vendors.
• Update bid status and maintain pipeline visibility.
