Job summary

power structure solutions is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead design and analysis for transmission and power infrastructure projects in a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of power systems, and proficiency with AutoCAD and ETAP, plus advanced Excel skills for reporting and calculations. Collaboration with engineers and PMs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in electrical design for transmission or power infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and transmission line design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ETAP or equivalent tools.
• Advanced MS Excel for calculations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in hybrid setup.
• Stable internet connection (minimum recommended speed: at least 25 Mbps)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems for transmission and power infrastructure projects
• Prepare and review electrical calculations, load flow studies, and technical reports
• Develop and check detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Coordinate with civil/structural engineers, drafters, and project managers
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions when required
• Support project planning, quality control, and timely delivery of outputs
