Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, fire protection and HVAC systems, ensuring equipment uptime and regulatory compliance.

You will provide technical supervision, drive continuous improvement for energy efficiency, manage maintenance records and budgets, and review technical drawings while coordinating with operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams.
• Experience planning and executing preventive/predictive maintenance for complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor equipment performance with KPIs, trigger improvement actions, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures for compliance and safety.
• Manage records of equipment history, maintenance logs, and asset inventory, including spare parts.
